Software Development Engineer in Test III – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold automation frameworks and testing strategies for artificial intelligence products.

• Test and validate features powered by AI, including OpenAI, Claude, and other AI integrations.

• Assess and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows to ensure precision and performance.

• Utilize AI automation tools to maximize test coverage and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and AI researchers to guarantee high-quality releases.

• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, working autonomously to fulfill commitments.

• Mentor and instruct junior SDETs, promoting a culture of quality and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive experience in QA/SDET positions.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms).

• Solid understanding of testing AI/ML products and the distinctive challenges they present.

• Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines and their associated testing methodologies.

• Expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools).

• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work independently.

• Leadership and mentorship capabilities in guiding peers or junior engineers.
