Software Development Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance a multi-tier testing strategy across the platform.

• Develop and uphold BDD acceptance tests using Reqnroll (Gherkin/Given-When-Then).

• Create and execute performance and load tests utilizing K6 and JMeter against a Cosmos DB backend.

• Ensure the integrity of data pipelines throughout the entire sync chain.

• Design and construct AI-assisted testing tools, facilitating prompt-driven test generation.

• Collaborate closely with backend and data engineers to replicate and analyze production data anomalies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in C# / .NET engineering.

• Capable of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from the ground up.

• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Reqnroll, SpecFlow, or a Cucumber alternative).

• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines.

• Background in performance and non-functional testing.

• Comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones as part of a distributed team.

• Practical experience with Snowflake or another analytical data warehouse (preferred).

• Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB (preferred).

• Experience with AI/LLM tooling (preferred).

• Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (preferred).

• Proficient in K6 or JMeter within a real delivery pipeline (preferred).
