Software Development Engineer III – Full Stack Development, Ecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance and develop new lead capture domain models.

• Construct backend and frontend API features and architecture.

• Collaborate across our platform, experience, integrations, payments, and marketplace teams.

• Propel performance through benchmarking and optimization.

• Engage with a diverse range of systems, processes, and technologies to comprehensively manage and resolve issues.

• Work closely with our leadership team, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to create new features and products.

• Maintain high engineering standards and ensure consistency across the various codebases and systems you will encounter.

• Develop and enhance lead capture tools such as funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media.

• Design and implement backend and frontend APIs and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a full-stack development environment.

• Proficient in various programming languages and tools, including but not limited to JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and work remotely.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take on different roles as needed, and adept at navigating a startup atmosphere.

• Enjoy being a generalist who works on both frontend and backend tasks, solving problems and delighting users, while taking pride in diverse technology and system projects.

• Capable of integrating various services and processes, even if previously unfamiliar with them.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy for your team and users, acting as a steward for creating exceptional experiences.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative setting while working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

• Motivated by product quality, with an innate ability to balance trade-offs against timelines for launching new features.

• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 is required.
