Software Development Engineer III – Full Stack Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance and develop new lead capture domain models.

• Construct backend and frontend API features and architecture.

• Collaborate across various teams, including platform, experience, integrations, payments, and marketplace.

• Boost performance through benchmarking and optimization efforts.

• Engage with a diverse array of systems, processes, and technologies to manage and resolve issues comprehensively.

• Work closely with our leadership team, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to create new features and products.

• Maintain high engineering standards and ensure consistency across the numerous codebases and systems you will encounter.

• Contribute to 1 to 2 products.

• Develop and enhance lead capture tools, such as funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media interfaces.

• Design and implement backend and frontend APIs and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a full-stack development environment.

• Develop and sustain a highly scalable email builder web application, allowing customers to send approximately 30 million emails daily. Oversee email statistics and integrate with internal teams utilizing email builder templates.

• Scale and enhance our countdown timer, utilized across emails, websites, and funnels, which garners more than 300K daily views. Design and develop the Brand Board, a tool that assists customers in building and integrating their brand identity smoothly across the platform. Optimize application performance and scalability with contemporary development practices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement improvements to existing systems.

• Proficient in various programming languages and tools, including but not limited to JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL. Able to work collaboratively with a remote team.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to adapt to various roles as necessary, and adept at navigating a start-up environment. Find fulfillment in being a generalist, engaging in both frontend and backend tasks, and take pride in addressing issues and enhancing user experiences across various technologies and systems.
