📋 Description

• Comprehend the business needs and their effects on the technical execution of features and production support challenges.

• Maintain continuous communication with the team and Product Owners regarding the design and implementation of product functionalities.

• Design, develop, and test product features in accordance with the acceptance criteria.

• Showcase your team's results to business stakeholders, including during sprint reviews.

• Provide ongoing support for your team's functionalities in production as well as in all lower environments.

• Actively engage in and take ownership of shared team activities such as planning, grooming, DevOps tasks, on-call schedules, and impromptu team discussions.

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a globally distributed organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in product development within a lean or agile setting.

• Proficiency in C++ programming, UNIX Development Environment, and databases such as Oracle/Postgres.

• A strong interest in AI, coupled with a readiness to explore, test, and iterate with AI tools as part of your daily tasks.

• Proven critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities concerning interconnected software components.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your messaging for various audiences.

• Knowledge of the telecom billing domain is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation support.
