📋 Description

• Assist in formulating, implementing, and executing a long-term vision and strategy for the Corporate Payments core services and cross-cutting initiatives.

• Collaboratively establish and execute a detailed architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and other teams within Corporate Payments.

• Cultivate an environment of innovation, teamwork, empowerment, and ongoing learning within the engineering teams.

• Consistently challenge conventional methods and introduce strategies to decrease time-to-market through efficient engineering practices.

• Partner with other engineering teams in Corporate Payments to optimize development practices and components, minimizing redundancy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proven expertise in the rapid development and deployment of internal and external services utilizing cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Proficient in writing high-quality automation, including well-structured unit, component, and integration tests, with a comprehensive understanding of the test pyramid.

• Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud and data environments.

• Exceptional team-building skills and dynamic decision-making abilities.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing applications within the finance sector, such as credit card products and accounts receivables/payables.

• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
