Software Developer, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development and enhancement of technical solutions within Salesforce, according to team priorities.

• Develop and maintain customizations on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Create and manage Flows, automations, and integrations.

• Support the maintenance of applications in production by conducting analyses, adjustments, and corrections.

• Collaborate with technical and functional profiles to understand and apply business rules.

• Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring code coverage and quality.

• Contribute to best practices in development, code quality, and technical organization.

• Actively participate in agile rituals and technical discussions within the team.

• Maintain a continuous learning attitude and knowledge sharing with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce development utilizing Apex.

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, including objects such as Lead and Opportunity.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Familiarity with the Lightning Design System.

• Practical experience with Flows, integrations, and customizations on the Salesforce platform.

• Understanding of Triggers and best implementation practices (e.g., Trigger Handler pattern).

• Experience with unit testing in Apex.

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Knowledge of Service Cloud and objects such as Case.

• Experience in developing Apps on the Salesforce platform.

• Familiarity with asynchronous methods (Future Methods, Queueable, Batch).

• Awareness of permission management on the Salesforce platform (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles).

• Utilization of code assistants with AI (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

• Involvement in full-stack projects (integrations, frontend, and backend).
