This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Establish and enhance an AI-driven strategy throughout the entire workflow of the team.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of software engineers.

• Act as the technical lead and main contributor on intricate stability enhancements.

• Take ownership of prioritizing and executing the reliability backlog across the product range.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams to evaluate severity and ensure prompt resolution.

• Define and uphold engineering standards and best practices.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to alleviate operational burdens.

• Provide regular reports to the CTO regarding team velocity, backlog health, and product reliability metrics.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture engineers to cultivate a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management position.

• Practical experience with LLM-powered tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar).

• Proven capability to coach and elevate a team in the use of AI tools and workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and managing engineers' performance.

• Strong expertise in one or more core technologies: C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server, or equivalent stacks.

• Experience in maintaining or supporting large software portfolios across multiple products in a production setting.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in production.

• Experience in managing and prioritizing a substantial backlog across competing product lines and stakeholder requirements.
