Software Developer – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop integrations between internal systems (ERP, CRM, PIM) and external entities, government organizations, and compliance bodies.

• Create and uphold secure REST APIs and event-driven components utilizing Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

• Establish API contracts with a Swagger spec-first approach prior to commencing implementation.

• Incorporate security measures at every phase — from design through to production.

• Implement code for enhanced observability: structured logging, distributed tracing, and Application Insights.

• Participate in feature analysis, design, effort estimation, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-team code evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in cloud software development, with a strong emphasis on API design and system integration.

• Proficient in C# and .NET (full-stack, OOP, and functional programming).

• Experience in creating fault-tolerant, scalable products across various platforms.

• Demonstrated experience integrating third-party, partner, or government/compliance APIs.

• Agile mindset complemented by strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficient across the entire SDLC — design, security, development, and maintenance.
