📋 Description

• Defines, assesses, and evaluates the organizational requirements regarding AI-driven solutions, automation, and collaborative technologies.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to collect requirements and design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI applications.

• Guides the development of contemporary solutions utilizing C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.

• Creates and deploys cloud-native applications on Azure, employing Azure Web Apps / App Services, Azure Function Apps, and Durable Functions for orchestrated AI workflows.

• Implements event-driven and distributed system patterns by utilizing Azure Service Bus for asynchronous messaging and integration frameworks.

• Constructs AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI (chat models, embeddings, vector search), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.

• Develops intelligent copilots and assistants through Copilot Studio, integrating enterprise data and workflows.

• Designs and maintains secure APIs and backend services that integrate with Azure SQL Database, enterprise document repositories, and business systems.

• Creates containerized workloads using Docker and supports contemporary deployment strategies.

• Implements observability, telemetry, and performance monitoring through Azure Application Insights, incorporating logging, tracing, and alerting best practices.

• Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to ensure reliable automated deployments.

• Supports Azure governance and security protocols, including identity management, compliance, and networking controls.

• Provides quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer for the developed AI systems.

• Addresses escalated production issues and provides technical leadership in root cause analysis.

• Performs other duties as assigned by IT leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in enterprise application development, AI implementation, or cloud-based engineering, preferably within a professional services environment.

• Ability to independently resolve complex production issues and make recommendations for addressing enterprise application challenges.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in the legal industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, and ASP.NET.

• Experience in cloud-native backend development and API design.

• Proficiency with Azure App Services, Azure Web Apps, and Azure Functions.

• Familiarity with Durable Functions and orchestrated workflows.

• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Azure SQL and relational database development.

• Skilled in Docker and container-based deployments.

• Experience with application monitoring using Azure Application Insights.

• Knowledge in implementing AI-enabled systems utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI services, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, AI agent frameworks, automation patterns, and Copilot Studio or conversational AI platforms.

• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git.

• Understanding of Azure infrastructure concepts including VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, firewalls, secure networking, and identity and access management (Entra ID).
