Software Configuration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to set up Noggin software in line with project objectives and user needs, particularly user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee and troubleshoot routine tasks and events, along with any modifications.

• Develop internal knowledge base content and customer service documentation.

• Replicate, test, resolve, and document software issues, including bugs and defects.

• Assess and analyze existing systems to pinpoint necessary updates or modifications.

• Confirm changes by conducting configuration tests.

• Educate users on new operational systems and offer ongoing support.

• Keep abreast of current technologies and technical advancements.

• Maintain precise time logging and tracking to meet the designated billable target of 80%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

• 0-3 years of experience in a software configuration role; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite.
