Social Selling Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer daily assistance with experts' official profiles and their bookings.

• Manage negative comments on advertisements (ensuring the removal of any unfavorable remarks).

• Address all comments on ads with the aim of converting them into sales and minimizing refunds.

• Respond to all Instagram and TikTok comments and messages for experts with the intention of turning them into sales and reducing refunds.

• Engage with other profiles by commenting, liking, and interacting to convert leads into students.

• Participate in live streams to support live sales efforts.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (including moderation and sales processes).

• Capable of quickly triaging and responding to comments.

• Proficient in identifying and flagging potential reputation risks.

• Ability to adapt to and match the expert's tone of voice.

• Strong persuasive communication skills.

• Knowledge of effective sales techniques.
