This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging with leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, and an internal system, using a warm, polite, and personalized approach.
• Responding to messages, comments, and interactions within 15 minutes, ensuring a human touch and consistency.
• Converting leads into consultations through consultative selling, empathy, and strategic communication.
• Nurturing relationships by guiding patients from the initial contact to scheduling an appointment.
• Organizing information in spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems.
• Suggesting improvements in digital service processes.
• Fully adhering to the physician's values: ethics, transparency, and genuine care for vision and quality of life.
• Creating, adjusting, and monitoring intelligent automation flows on the Kommo and BotConversa platforms to enhance service efficiency.
• Interacting with potential patients on social media, promptly responding to messages, comments, and mentions with professionalism and in line with the brand's voice.
• Collaborating directly with the marketing team and clinical staff to propose continuous improvements in service flows and patient experience.
• Providing creative insights to increase reach, engagement, and follower retention, actively contributing ideas to strengthen the clinic's digital presence.
• Completed High School education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of standard Portuguese and the ability to adapt to the brand's language.
• Experience in digital sales, social selling, or inside sales, with a focus on relationship building and lead conversion.
• Skills in humanized service, preferably with experience in medical clinics or the healthcare sector (a plus).
• Familiarity with digital tools, especially social media, WhatsApp, ManyChat, BotConversa, or similar message automation platforms.
• Technologically savvy, with good logical reasoning and the ability to autonomously solve problems quickly.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on results.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with analytical skills to interpret data and suggest improvements.
• A dynamic, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.

• Availability to work flexibly, paying attention to interactions at varied hours when necessary.
• Salary of R$2,500.00
• Bonus for scheduled leads.
