This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the comprehensive social media marketing (SMM) strategy across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram).

• Craft data-informed social strategies that align with brand positioning and revenue objectives.

• Establish organized quarterly and monthly content planning frameworks.

• Expand multi-platform campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, driving traffic, and boosting revenue.

• Manage the KPI framework and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Propel performance through metrics such as engagement rate (ER), effective reach rate (ERR), growth in reach and impressions, optimization of CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, first-time deposits (FTDs), lifetime value (LTV) contribution, and return on investment (ROI).

• Develop and supervise the implementation of content calendars tailored for various social media platforms in relation to specific projects.

• Evaluate social media metrics and deliver data-driven insights to enhance performance and ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.

• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies to retain a competitive advantage.

• Oversee social media budgets and manage resource allocation effectively while fostering relationships with key industry influencers and partners.

• Supervise crisis management and reputation monitoring activities on social media platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in social media marketing (SMM).

• At least 3 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor position within Social Media.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming or Betting sector (mandatory).

• Proven track record in establishing or scaling SMM operations.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance-driven KPIs such as FTDs, ROI, LTV, CTR, and ER/ERR.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.

• Proficient understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid media strategies.

• Fluent in English.
