• Enhance and strategically develop SkinSpirit’s social media presence—primarily on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker capable of proposing innovative, trend-setting campaigns that transcend conventional industry standards to produce 'must-watch' content that sets our brand apart.
• Keep abreast of social media trends and platform guideline updates.
• Boost social media engagement and follower counts across various platforms.
• This position will take a proactive role in social listening and community management, nurturing real-time interactions with our audience to enhance brand loyalty and identify emerging consumer trends.
• Oversee social media content calendars, coordinating with internal teams for alignment and planning.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop written and visual content across platforms, grounded in social media best practices and current trends—providing the team with platform-ready copy and visual direction or inspiration.
• Tasked with simplifying complex clinical treatments and medical-grade skincare protocols into engaging, platform-specific content that upholds brand authority.
• Regularly generate compelling hooks and original concepts during monthly briefings.
• Cultivate a brand community through strategic initiatives, including giveaways, influencer partnerships, creator programs, ambassador initiatives, collaborations, and active community management.
• Provide support to 61+ clinic teams through monthly office hours and social media onboarding training programs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as link clicks, likes, and additional metrics from social media marketing campaigns, utilizing insights to guide future initiatives.
• Analyze trends and competitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal partners across multiple teams.
• Workflow Management: Accountable for auditing and enhancing our internal content production pipeline.
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in social media marketing and platforms.
• Previous experience as an in-house or dedicated Social Media Manager for a national consumer brand is highly preferred.
• Experience in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in social media content creation skills, including writing, design, and video production.
• Must have proficiency in mobile-first video production (Short-form video/Reels/TikTok/Edits), with an eye for high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with our premium brand aesthetic.
• Understanding of video editing and content scheduling platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Skilled in community building and maintaining composure during high-pressure online interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new technology platforms.
