Social Media Strategist – Instagram, TikTok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and spearhead a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, developed from the ground up.

• Establish content pillars, positioning, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

• Transform client concepts into polished short-form content.

• Handle the production and editing of content from start to finish, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form videos, as well as graphics, captions, and copy.

• Drive the personal rebranding effort and cultivate a cohesive, premium, education-first identity.

• Develop content that informs audiences about life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in a relatable and non-salesy manner.

• Expand the accounts organically to foster inbound interest, community engagement, and referrals.

• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and continuously enhance the strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and expanding TikTok and Instagram accounts, supported by a portfolio showcasing clear results.

• Strong skills in short-form video production encompassing ideation, filming direction, and editing.

• Proficient in graphic design, caption crafting, and copywriting.

• A history of developing personal or founder-led brands, including successful rebranding efforts.

• An acute eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics that feel curated rather than generic or corporate.

• Ability to simplify educational or complex subjects and present them in an engaging manner; familiarity with finance or insurance is a bonus.

• Emphasis on organic growth driven by community engagement and referrals rather than paid advertising strategies.
