Social Media, Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other members of the brand team to generate ideas and create visually compelling campaigns.

• Contribute to the development of our brand voice and ensure its uniformity across all content.

• Excel in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere with a high volume of work that often requires quick turnaround times.

• Review and refine content produced by team members or external contributors.

• Keep informed about industry trends and emerging platforms, integrating relevant insights into the content.

• Be receptive to professional feedback and view it as a challenge to continuously enhance your solutions.

• Employ design as a cognitive approach in your work process, as much as in the outputs themselves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, motion graphics, or a related area.

• Over 5 years of experience as a motion designer in an agency or internal marketing team, focusing on social media and campaign creativity.

• Proven ability to create highly engaging and captivating short-form visual content.

• Outstanding design, motion design, and editing skills, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Awareness of current social trends and best practices.

• Experience in or knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, or a related field is a considerable advantage.

• Proven experience in developing visually rich content for various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong ability to work autonomously and demonstrate total project ownership from inception to completion.

• The ideal candidate will be a collaborative creative with strong conceptual abilities, impeccable design consistency, and a well-rounded creative mindset, knowledgeable about current trends and historical design influences.

• A passion for typography, photography, digital applications, and technology tools, along with an appreciation for film, music, retail design, furniture, architecture, and fashion.
