Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Schedule and publish social media content utilizing provided materials and templates.

• Transform existing photos and marketing resources into captivating posts.

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule (approximately 7–10 posts each week).

• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

• Assist in crafting basic captions and conducting hashtag research.

• Organize and manage the content library (including photos, templates, and assets).

• Collaborate with clients to develop content calendars.

• Propose straightforward content ideas that align with current trends.

• Provide basic engagement support (comments and messages as required).

• Assist with simple email marketing or outreach initiatives when needed.

• Conduct fundamental research on competitors or industry trends.

• Monitor inventory levels (e.g., containers, supplies).

• Track inventory when stock levels are low.

• Assist in placing or coordinating supply orders.

• Help identify opportunities to enhance or automate tracking processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Proficient in using Canva and social media scheduling tools.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms.

• Keen eye for design and capability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Nice to Have: Experience with small businesses or food/event-based brands.

• Basic understanding of inventory tracking or operations support.

• Familiarity with automation tools (such as Zapier and simple systems).
