• Structure and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and creative workflows.
• Keep track of social media trends, platform behaviors, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to implement product launches and marketing strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or brand marketing positions.
• Extensive experience in editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Preference for experience with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, footwear, wellness, or consumer brands.
• A portfolio that demonstrates social media content, creative endeavors, and marketing projects is mandatory.
• A strong preference for experience working with UGC creators, influencer gifting, creator partnerships, or social campaigns.
• Proficiency in editing and creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling techniques, engagement strategies, pacing, and platform dynamics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.
