Social Media Marketing Manager – Paid Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the effectiveness of our clients' campaigns

• Strategic oversight of our clients in the performance marketing sector

• Welcoming new clients in the paid advertising space and crafting a scalable campaign strategy

• Planning, supervising, and enhancing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest

• Collaborating with our internal design team to create and test ad creatives

• Performing audience, market, and competitor research

• Evaluating KPIs, tracking, and attribution to refine campaigns based on data insights

• Compiling reports, analyses, and presentations for our clients

• Offering strategic guidance to clients on growth, scaling, and campaign architecture

• Mentoring and assisting trainees in the paid advertising field

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing

• Capability to not only manage campaigns but also to actively drive their growth

• A strategic thinker who is hands-on in their approach

• Strong comprehension of KPIs, tracking, attribution, and data-driven optimization

• A proactive attitude towards taking ownership and developing solutions

• Enjoyment of teamwork and sharing knowledge with others

• Must be based in one of the following time zones: GMT, CET, or EET

• Excellent German proficiency (C2) and very good English skills
