Social Media Marketing, Design Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging content.

• Assist in brainstorming and creating captivating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

• Aid in filming and editing short-form videos and reels that align with the latest trends.

• Provide support in basic video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.

• Design with a Purpose.

• Generate visuals and layouts for social media posts, stories, and in-app assets utilizing Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with Dashlabs’ brand style and tone.

• Collaborate & Grow.

• Partner with our marketing and design teams to bring content ideas to fruition.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, share and receive feedback, and enhance your creative skills.

• Monitor & Enhance.

• Acquire knowledge on tracking content performance through basic analytics.

• Keep abreast of trending topics—and assist us in staying current!

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university program (students completing OJT hours are preferred).

• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and/or Figma.

• Strong enthusiasm for content creation, social media, and digital design.

• Excellent communicator and team player with a positive demeanor.

• Self-driven and capable of working remotely.
