• Oversee back-office administrative responsibilities.
• Update and manage CRM systems and participant documentation.
• Organize and maintain digital documents and files.
• Facilitate daily operational coordination.
• Ensure precise data entry and record maintenance.
• Keep lead and client records clean and organized.
• Assist in improving workflows and processes when needed.
• Proven experience in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant or administrative support position.
• Capability to effectively manage leads and follow-up processes.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with tools and systems, including:
• Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• CRM systems.
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Social media scheduling tools.
• Desirable qualifications include:
• Experience in healthcare, NDIS, or community services sectors.
