• Craft engaging scripts for short-form video content.

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and create captivating highlight clips for social media.

• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

• Write persuasive captions that enhance audience engagement.

• Transform podcast transcripts into LinkedIn articles and SEO-optimized blog posts.

• Oversee the entire content publishing process across all social media platforms.

• Maintain a regular publishing schedule and ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance content performance and streamline workflow efficiency.

• Engage in community management by interacting with our followers, liking their comments, and engaging with a select group of key accounts.

• Manage ManyChat workflows, including posting reels with lead magnets related to the video content.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts and content calendars.

• Proficient video editing skills, capable of producing polished and engaging short-form and long-form content.

• Experience in creating content specifically for video-first social media platforms.

• Proficient in writing scripts, captions, and long-form written content.

• Understanding of social media strategies and best practices for various platforms.

• Experience in repurposing long-form content into multiple formats.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
