Social Media Manager, High-End Video Editing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Video-First Content Management: Oversee and expand our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while spearheading the introduction of our TikTok channel. Please note that we adhere to a strict "no still image" policy; all content must be in video format, animated, or include music/voiceovers.

• Lead Generation & Performance: Generate "Scenario Leads" and "Application Leads" through organic content and paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for monitoring performance against these key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.

• Forward Planning: Uphold a rigorous content schedule, planning three months ahead and submitting all finalized posts for approval at least 30 days prior to publication.

• Multi-Channel Marketing: Support broker marketing emails and assist in the creation of a monthly newsletter.

• Creative Assets: Develop and design professional investor presentation materials (PowerPoint) and digital e-books to aid in capital-raising initiatives.

• Coordination & Storage: Organize local video shoots in Sydney as needed and maintain a detailed library of all raw files, system passwords (Appollo/Bravo), and marketing resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A demonstrated history in social media management and advanced video editing. Experience within the finance or lending industry is crucial.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and familiarity with CRM/Marketing systems (experience with Apollo and Bravo is a plus).

• Analytic Mindset: Capability to generate monthly reports that articulate the reasons behind successes or declines in engagement and lead generation.

• Attributes: You should be exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to excel under a demanding leader with high standards. A sense of humor is essential!
