Social Media Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Strategizing and producing top-notch content (photos, videos, written materials)

• Coordinating with external creators such as photographers, videographers, and UGC creators

• Developing and upholding a well-structured content and editorial calendar

• Identifying and managing partnerships with influencers

• Establishing and nurturing collaborations with online magazines, blogs, and platforms

• Crafting and refining social media strategies

• Analyzing trends, competitors, and content formats for ongoing enhancement

• Assessing performance metrics and implementing optimization strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce

• Strong grasp of the German market, consumer behavior, and digital trends

• Solid experience in content creation and social media management

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Proficiency in the German language is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail with an excellent sense of branding and content quality
