This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and consistently enhance our Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Create and execute a content strategy with defined objectives (reach, community expansion, and potentially TikTok Shop).
• Manage a content calendar that includes topic planning and various formats.
• Write content in German: captions, hooks, and concise scripts for Reels and TikToks.
• Conduct ongoing trend analysis and competitor research in the DACH baby and family market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Manage community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and engage actively with the target audience.
• Provide guidance to an operational content editor (video editing, graphics) and potentially to UGC creators (mothers creating content for us).
• Potentially establish and oversee creator and affiliate partnerships for our TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in German at a native or business-fluent level – essential.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in developing Instagram and TikTok accounts, preferably in lifestyle, baby, family, or mom-content sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH market, particularly the target demographic of mothers aged 25–40.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach – capable of both planning and execution.
• Proficient in using Canva and CapCut; ideally familiar with scheduling tools like Metricool or Later.
• Organized and clear communicator with excellent self-management skills; comfortable using Slack and Notion.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator outreach, or affiliate programs – advantageous.
• Confident in utilizing AI tools for content creation (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT).
• Flexible working hours.
• Long-term collaboration anticipated.
