• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, starting from scratch.

• Establish content pillars, define positioning, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

• Transform client concepts into refined short-form content.

• Oversee the entire content production process, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and short videos, as well as graphics, captions, and copy.

• Spearhead the personal rebranding effort and create a unified, premium, education-focused identity.

• Generate content that informs audiences about life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in a friendly, non-salesy manner.

• Enhance account growth organically to foster inbound interest, community engagement, and referrals.

• Monitor engagement metrics, report on performance, and continually optimize the strategy.

• Demonstrated experience in building and expanding TikTok and Instagram accounts, showcasing a portfolio with tangible results.

• Proficient in short-form video production, including ideation, directing, and editing.

• Strong skills in graphic design, caption creation, and copywriting.

• Proven history of developing personal or founder-led brands, including successful rebranding initiatives.

• An eye for high-quality, aspirational aesthetics that appear curated rather than generic or corporate.

• Capacity to simplify and engage audiences with educational or complex topics; familiarity with finance or insurance is advantageous.
