📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee Coalfire’s social media content calendar and publishing rhythm across key corporate channels.

• Generate original content in various formats, including social media posts, campaign copy, short videos, motion snippets, executive content, event summaries, customer story highlights, webinar promotions, and other digital branding materials.

• Craft compelling, audience-centric copy that simplifies complex topics related to cybersecurity, compliance, and AI into clear and engaging narratives for both executive and practitioner audiences.

• Capture and develop content concepts into strong narratives, hooks, and story arcs that help Coalfire differentiate itself in the market, making technical subjects more accessible and memorable.

• Edit video content for social media and campaign purposes, including trimming webinars, interviews, event footage, demos, and thought leadership moments into polished, channel-ready assets.

• Create or modify visual materials such as social graphics, quote cards, carousels, simple motion graphics, thumbnails, and branded promotional items in collaboration with design or through light hands-on production.

• Collaborate with marketing leaders, designers, campaign managers, executives, and subject matter experts to produce channel-ready content and creative assets tied to launches, campaigns, events, webinars, case studies, and research.

• Repurpose long-form content into high-performing multi-channel assets, maximizing the value of reports, blogs, webinars, presentations, podcasts, videos, and event content.

• Oversee daily publishing, scheduling, and platform management using social media tools such as Sprout Social or other workflows currently utilized at Coalfire.

• Assist in scaling Coalfire’s employee advocacy initiatives by activating internal voices, shaping suggested messaging, and promoting broader participation throughout the organization.

• Track channel and content performance, providing clear, actionable reports on engagement, audience growth, content effectiveness, and the social impact on website traffic, form submissions, qualified leads, and overall business results.

• Manage and participate in Coalfire’s internal social workflows, including coordination within the social Slack channel and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Stay updated on platform changes, content trends, storytelling formats, and creative best practices, translating these insights into more effective recommendations for Coalfire’s brand and audience strategy.

• Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all external communications adhere to Coalfire's brand guidelines, social media protocols, and confidentiality requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital content creation, brand journalism, communications, or a comparable B2B content role.

• Proven experience in managing social media strategy and execution within a dynamic B2B company or startup environment.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating technical or compliance-related topics into clear, engaging, and impactful content.

• Strong instincts for content creation across various formats, with experience in producing short-form videos, visual storytelling assets, and campaign content from concept to final delivery.

• Familiarity with video editing and content production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar applications.

• Capability to create or direct compelling graphics and visual assets that are on-brand, relevant to the audience, and optimized for digital performance.

• Demonstrated ability to build content calendars, manage deadlines, and keep multiple campaigns and deliverables progressing with keen attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, marketers, executives, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content efficiently.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to refine strategy, enhance engagement, and link content performance to business outcomes.
