Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for social media and community growth for the game.

• Create platform-specific content and ensure its continuous development.

• Foster active engagement with players, manage feedback, and maintain a positive community experience.

• Analyze content effectiveness, test new approaches, and enhance results based on data.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to support launches, LiveOps, and other initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends, social media, and competitors, incorporating best practices into community development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep understanding of social platforms and their algorithms (TikTok ≠ Instagram ≠ Reddit).

• Ability to independently shoot and edit short videos; basic skills in graphic editing software.

• Strong copywriting skills in English, particularly for the US market.

• Understanding of gamer psychology and gaming culture (slang, memes, genre-specific traits).

• Experience using AI tools for content generation.

• Experience responding to reviews on Google Play / App Store (using AI tools).

• Analytical thinking: ability to read metrics and make data-driven decisions.
