Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize and initiate advertising campaigns: You will configure campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and others, implement them, track performance metrics, and enhance them until they operate efficiently.

• Generate content concepts: You possess an intuition for effective social media content and can adapt that into suitable formats for our channels.

• Create content: From concept to final post—this includes ideation, writing, editing, and publishing.

• Engage in proactive thinking rather than merely executing tasks: What can we experiment with, and what areas can be improved?

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a registered student—preferably majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• You are well-versed in social media and have a deep understanding of platforms, including formats, trends, and timing.

• Some experience with advertising or content creation is required—whether through an internship, your own channel, a university project, or personal interest.

• You can work autonomously and reliably—remote work for us means trust rather than micromanagement.

• Proficient in German with a strong sense of tone and voice.
