• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Create monthly and quarterly content plans that align with product launches and marketing campaigns
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, audience engagement, and content optimization
• Convert performance analytics into actionable content adjustments
• Establish and maintain the brand voice across all social media channels
• Simplify complex oral health science into clear and relatable messages
• Develop internal messaging frameworks for creators and team members
• Ensure uniformity across advertisements, organic content, influencer collaborations, and product education
• Create and expand a structured program for content creators
• Craft briefs that motivate exceptional performance
• Build enduring relationships with creators rather than one-time transactions
• Review user-generated content (UGC) and enhance it for maximum hooks, clarity, and conversion
• Collaborate closely with paid media teams to identify successful creatives
• Build and oversee the social media team (in-house and/or freelance)
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation, editing, publishing, and reporting
• Implement workflow systems to increase content production
• Mentor junior team members and creators on brand voice and messaging
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): engagement, retention, saves, shares, click-through rate, and revenue attribution
• Identify successful content formats and focus on those that perform well
• Collaborate with paid media to transform organic successes into scalable advertisements
• Drive measurable increases in followers, community engagement, and revenue
• 3–5 years of experience in managing social media for direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or consumer brands
• Demonstrated success in growing engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms
• Experience working with UGC creators and influencers
• Strong knowledge of short-form content strategy (including hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques)
• Capability to plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign launches
• Proficient in analyzing social media performance metrics (engagement rates, watch time, saves, shares, click-through rates)
• Skilled in identifying high-performing content formats and rapidly iterating on successful ideas
• Experience collaborating with paid media teams to convert organic content into advertisements
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Aptitude for simplifying complex subjects into engaging and clear content
• Proven track record of maintaining a consistent brand voice across various platforms
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback on content
