• Design and implement social media strategies for law firm clients on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, tailored to the unique audience and format of each platform.
• Create, curate, and oversee all published content, including written posts, images, and short-form videos, ensuring a consistent voice and a clear strategic purpose for every piece.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with comments and messages, and actively participate with audiences to foster brand loyalty and community for our clients.
• Evaluate performance metrics and convert data into actionable insights, adjusting content strategies based on audience engagement.
• Collaborate with our in-house creative and strategy teams to produce visuals and content that make complex legal topics accessible and engaging.
• Stay informed about platform algorithm changes, content trends, and new formats to keep our clients at the forefront.
• Create and maintain content calendars that are in line with each client's overall marketing strategy.
• Prepare clear, client-facing performance reports that outline growth, engagement trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients, with a strong preference for agency experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, including the varying performance of content across these platforms.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of adapting tone and voice to suit a brand and writing for social media rather than traditional marketing copy.
• Proven track record of organically growing and engaging an audience, with measurable results rather than mere activity.
• Proficiency with social analytics tools, able to translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and reliability, with a proactive approach to flagging issues and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Capability to make legal content relatable, relevant, and engaging.
• Bonus skills (preferred but not required):
• Experience running paid social campaigns to support organic content strategies.
• Skills in short-form video production or editing, including Reels and TikTok-style content.
• Background in legal, professional services, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Hootsuite.
