• Act as the primary social contact for clients and account teams, under the supervision of a VP, Social Media.
• Work collaboratively with the account team as necessary for client projects and deliverables.
• Spearhead the creation of project briefs for various projects (e.g., content, corporate, influencer), compose social copy, and coordinate with the creative team on content design.
• Assist in establishing project timelines, developing strategies, and proactively offering guidance and direction on social projects.
• Take complete ownership of multiple projects and communicate recommendations effectively to account teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, marketing, digital, business, or a health/science-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in communications or a related field such as marketing, advocacy, digital, social, or health; experience in partnership, US/global health issues, or health product communications is preferred.
• Proven experience working across social platforms and implementing programs that support corporate, branded, and unbranded healthcare and lifestyle initiatives.
• Direct experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Analytics, along with a general understanding of paid social and organic/user-generated content campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
