📋 Description

• Develop, create, and curate captivating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Design and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives and brand voice.

• Monitor social media channels, engaging with our online community by responding to comments and messages.

• Analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights that optimize content strategies and enhance engagement rates.

• Oversee the social media content calendar, schedule posts, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to create integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains competitive.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to broaden reach and enhance credibility.

• Generate reports on social media performance and offer recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Proven expertise with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities with the skill to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the capacity to interpret data and metrics effectively.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative mindset.

• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (preferred).

• Understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media content (preferred).

• Experience with influencer partnerships and community management (preferred).

• Awareness of current social media marketing trends and best practices.

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and platform requirements.
