• Emphasize understanding the brand, platforms, and workflows while assisting with content creation, publishing, and community engagement. Develop a solid grasp of social performance, objectives, and how social media aligns with the wider business strategy.
• Assume responsibility for the daily execution of one or more channels, which includes publishing, community management, and performance analysis. Start contributing content ideas and insights that enhance engagement and uniformity across platforms.
• Act as a reliable steward of social channels, leading content planning, execution, and reporting with minimal supervision. Leverage performance data to suggest optimizations and support the scalable advancement of the social media strategy.
• Platform Expertise Deep: Proven understanding of major social media platforms and their unique characteristics, including proficiency in formats, algorithms, audience behavior, best practices, and emerging trends relevant to each channel.
• Creative Storytelling: Proficient in crafting captivating, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences. This involves writing engaging copy, shaping compelling narratives, and collaborating on visuals that feel authentic to each platform.
• Content Planning & Execution: Strong organizational abilities to oversee content calendars, production schedules, approvals, and publishing. Ensures consistency, quality, and promptness without compromising creativity.
• Community Management: Capable of cultivating and supporting an online community through proactive engagement. This includes responding to comments and messages, moderating discussions, and representing the brand with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Analytical & Reporting: Comfortable with data and performance metrics. Capable of tracking outcomes, analyzing trends, reporting on results, and translating insights into actionable enhancements for future content and campaigns.
• Ownership & Initiative: Accepts responsibility for results and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement, experimentation, and scaling. Particularly vital in expanding teams or pioneering roles.
• Adaptability & Trend Awareness: Remains informed in a rapidly evolving social environment. Quickly adjusts strategies based on new features, cultural moments, audience feedback, and performance insights.
