Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of Degy’s all-encompassing social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards to assess effectiveness and impact on sales.

• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance quality, engagement, and communication channel usage.

• Remain updated on industry developments, entertainment trends, and new features on platforms.

• Approach challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee all social media platforms for Degy and its affiliated companies.

• Generate, curate, and produce engaging and distinctive posts that fulfill established goals.

• Develop, revise, and administer weekly and monthly content schedules.

• Craft, curate, and refine copy and scripts that emphasize storytelling and align with the brand.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to implement strategies and campaigns.

• Retrieve and evaluate performance data utilizing platform-specific insights and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management.

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities.

• Familiarity with various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

• Required proficiency in Canva and CapCut; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

• Knowledge of analytics and platform management tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business Manager.

• Experience with managing paid social budgets and advertising campaigns is a plus.

• Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint; familiarity with ClickUp is a bonus.

• Must be a United States Citizen and reside within the United States.
