Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Content Creation: Develop and release captivating multimedia content, including reels, short-form videos, and professional graphics.

• Channel Management: Supervise daily operations of the channel, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.

• Audience Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for our audience by promptly and professionally managing comments and messages.

• Production Oversight: Coordinate video shoots for student testimonials and instructor highlights, ensuring high-quality output for YouTube and other platforms.

• Metrics Analysis: Track growth metrics and provide insightful reports to enhance our social strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts.

• Strong skills in visual storytelling along with basic video and photo editing capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Internet Requirements: Primary internet connection must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. A backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps is also required, capable of supporting work during power outages.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop should be equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and remain functional during power interruptions.

• Equipment and Workspace: A working webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
