• Develop strategies for growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content accordingly.

• Edit recipe and lifestyle videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Create content tailored for specific platforms.

• Craft engaging hooks, captions, text overlays, and calls to action (CTAs).

• Repurpose recipes into various social formats aimed at maximizing engagement.

• Schedule and publish content effectively.

• Oversee the content calendar management.

• Monitor engagement metrics, follower growth, watch time, retention rates, shares, saves, and traffic.

• Leverage data to enhance outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts with quantifiable results.

• Ability to clearly articulate your role in driving growth.

• Understanding that success encompasses engagement, email subscriptions, brand awareness, and website traffic.

• Experience working with recipe creators, influencers, or food brands.

• Proficient in editing short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.

• Experience in utilizing analytics to inform strategic decisions.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on achieving results.

• Proven experience in driving website traffic through social media channels.

• Familiarity with Kit (ConvertKit) is preferred.
