Social Media, Growth Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance SourceReady’s visibility on Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.

• Conduct research and engage in pertinent online communities, such as Reddit discussions, LinkedIn groups, and industry forums, to position SourceReady as a thought leader.

• Create and edit both short-form and long-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on topics related to AI sourcing, supply chain insights, and business development.

• Design visually appealing content, including video clips, motion graphics, and social media posts, to boost brand recognition.

• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to enhance visibility and user engagement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to explore viral growth tactics, community engagement strategies, and influencer collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with strategies for social media growth, particularly on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (e.g., using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong capability to produce engaging video content tailored for various platforms.

• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for creating social media graphics.

• Passion for AI and technology-related fields.
