• Develop editorial calendars, craft texts, and guide posts aligned with the agricultural business cycle (harvests, weather, events, agricultural policies, market trends);
• Monitor specific KPIs in agriculture (engagement, qualified traffic for B2B, leads from producers/suppliers, etc.);
• Prepare executive reports with data storytelling, demonstrating how social media contributes to agricultural business objectives;
• Identify industry trends, competitor benchmarks, seasonal opportunities, and the most effective language for the rural audience;
• Provide actionable insights for creative, media, and client service teams, tailored to the producer's journey;
• Coordinate schedules, curate relevant technical content, and engage with followers (producers, agronomists, etc.);
• Create captions, scripts, articles, educational posts, case studies, testimonials, and calls to action for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proven experience as a Social Media specialist;
• Mastery of metrics and monitoring tools;
• Ability to structure presentations and reports with data and narratives for technical and executive audiences;
• Knowledge of formats, audience behavior, and best practices by platform, particularly in the agricultural context;
• Understanding of agricultural business (seasonality, distribution channels, B2B buying cycles, field dynamics);
• Excellent writing skills and adaptability of tone, ranging from technical to emotional, from family farming to large-scale agriculture;
• Autonomy and a strong sense of priorities.
