This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and produce motion-centric content tailored specifically for social media platforms: Reels, LinkedIn videos, paid social, and new formats.
• Transform brand and campaign strategies into unique visual narratives that are compelling, on-brand, and optimized for in-feed performance.
• Elevate design quality throughout the process — from initial concepts to final motion refinement — with a keen focus on typography, color, pacing, and detail.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and the wider brand team to develop ideas collectively, rather than merely executing existing briefs.
• Remain informed about social media and platform trends, introducing innovative formats and techniques to the team before they become widely adopted.
• Assume responsibility for projects from inception to completion, managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Integrate influences from various fields — including film, music, typography, photography, architecture, and fashion — to enhance the brand's visual identity and movement on social media.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience as a motion designer in an agency or in-house setting, with a portfolio focused on social and campaign content.
• A strong and distinctive design aesthetic along with motion design skills — you recognize the difference between good and great, and strive for excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to convey stories in short-form, visually-oriented formats — creating attention-grabbing content, not just polished pieces.
• Practical experience producing content for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and similar platforms, with insight into what makes content work effectively on each.
• In-depth knowledge of current social and motion design trends, along with a perspective on forthcoming developments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary creative team, often under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or related sectors is a significant advantage.
• This position is based in the U.S. - candidates must reside in the United States and will work remotely.
