📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies across diverse brands and platforms.

• Discover opportunities to enhance audience engagement, grow communities, boost brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Ensure social media efforts are in sync with overarching content, campaign, and business goals.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities, platform innovations, and industry trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Aid in the formulation and oversight of social media content calendars.

• Coordinate content needs for various campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal programs.

• Support content planning by pinpointing content gaps, opportunities, and priorities.

• Ensure content strategies are aligned with publishing timelines and campaign objectives.

• Generate content ideas, campaign suggestions, social-first concepts, and platform-specific content opportunities.

• Investigate emerging trends, creator content, viral formats, and audience preferences.

• Track cultural moments and platform advancements that might enhance brand engagement.

• Propose new content formats and creative strategies that enhance performance and audience interaction.

• Oversee content publishing across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and any new platforms as needed.

• Schedule and publish content in accordance with approved content calendars and campaign strategies.

• Optimize content for engagement, reach, retention, audience growth, and overall channel effectiveness.

• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, tags, mentions, and social media discussions across platforms.

• Engage with audiences following brand guidelines and community standards.

• Create regular social media performance reports and content summaries.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, community management, or related areas.

• Strong comprehension of major social media platforms, content trends, audience development, and best practices on platforms.

• Proven experience in managing social media content calendars, publishing timelines, and platform execution.

• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and content planning abilities.

• Experience leveraging social media analytics and performance data to inform strategic recommendations.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling, publishing, listening, and analytics platforms.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
