Social Media Content Specialist – English, EU Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Moderating and replying to comments on our clients' social media channels while utilizing their distinct brand voice.

• Crafting thoughtful and engaging content to ignite discussions and enhance engagement.

• Ensuring that online communities remain safe, respectful, and in accordance with client guidelines.

• Reporting issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary.

• Acting as a genuine extension of our clients’ brands by comprehending their strategy, tone, and target audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and European Spanish, with a strong cultural understanding.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderating and engaging with users.

• Capability to write for various brands and adjust tone to suit different audiences.

• Familiarity with all major social media platforms, including Facebook (account access may be necessary based on client requirements).

• Ability to engage with a wide range of content topics (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceuticals).

• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and excellent customer service instincts.

• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
