📋 Description

• Edit long-form content such as podcasts and YouTube videos into refined final versions.

• Create short-form videos from podcast and speech content (Reels, Shorts).

• Produce and edit high-performing short-form content tailored for social media platforms.

• Develop captivating social media assets, including carousels, thumbnails, and short-form materials.

• Upload and schedule content across various platforms using tools like Metricool.

• Maintain a steady content output and ensure the content pipeline is ahead of schedule.

• Assist in executing email and SMS campaigns utilizing tools such as GHL.

• Monitor key performance indicators across platforms, including: YouTube (views, subscribers), Instagram (followers, growth, engagement), Email marketing (open rates, click rates), SMS campaigns (responses, conversions).

• Aid in planning content that aligns with launches, campaigns, and significant dates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in video editing (mandatory).

• Proficiency in editing for YouTube, Reels, or short-form social content.

• Knowledge of content repurposing and current social media trends.

• Basic graphic design skills (thumbnails, carousels) are preferred.

• Understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

• Familiarity with tools such as Metricool, Asana, or similar is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content outputs.

• Creative mindset with a focus on producing engaging and high-performing content.
