Social Media, Content Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the operational frameworks that support the client's personal content strategy.

• Supervise content planning, workflow management, social media publishing, asset organization, production coordination, and cross-platform content repurposing.

• Administer weekly and monthly content calendars for various social media channels.

• Monitor the client's personal and professional schedules to pinpoint content opportunities.

• Communicate filming priorities and ensure that deadlines are adhered to.

• Oversee daily publishing of Instagram feeds and Stories.

• Create Story graphics utilizing Canva.

• Edit short-form video content using CapCut as necessary.

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative vendors.

• Track projects from production stages to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content operations, executive support, content marketing, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in managing content calendars and publishing workflows.

• Background in coordinating creative production with photographers, videographers, or editors.

• Experience supporting personal brands, founders, executives, influencers, or content creators is highly desirable.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Solid understanding of Instagram and current social media best practices.

• A keen creative eye with an appreciation for elevated, editorial-style content.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Substack, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or other similar productivity and project management tools.
