This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Engage with audiences on various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
β’ Connect with the brand's target audience in the Latam Spanish markets.
β’ Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
β’ Oversee and enhance an online community.
β’ Maintain a friendly atmosphere while moderating content.
β’ Proficient in the LATAM Spanish language.
β’ Strong command of the English language.
β’ Relevant experience in engagement, social customer service, and/or community management, whether with a brand or a digital agency.
β’ Knowledge of social media platforms: Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube, along with an understanding of their respective audiences.
β’ Comfortable with digital technology.
β’ Some cultural insight and enthusiasm regarding California.
