Social Media Community Manager – Moderator, LATAM Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Engage with audiences on various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Connect with the brand's target audience in the Latam Spanish markets.

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.

• Oversee and enhance an online community.

• Maintain a friendly atmosphere while moderating content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the LATAM Spanish language.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Relevant experience in engagement, social customer service, and/or community management, whether with a brand or a digital agency.

• Knowledge of social media platforms: Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube, along with an understanding of their respective audiences.

• Comfortable with digital technology.

• Some cultural insight and enthusiasm regarding California.
