Social Media Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok — plan, schedule, publish, and ensure a consistent posting rhythm without needing reminders.

• Create captivating copy and hooks tailored to each platform — no single post reformatted multiple ways.

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance ideation, drafting, and production — while maintaining a human and on-brand voice.

• Monitor performance on a weekly basis — including reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR — and translate the data into actionable insights for the upcoming week, rather than just providing a screenshot.

• Conduct community management: respond to comments and DMs, initiate conversations, and foster genuine engagement rather than focusing on vanity metrics.

• Stay informed about platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and present at least one new tested idea each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical social media experience (either in-house or at an agency) with a portfolio or active accounts that demonstrate your contributions.

• Proven expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X — you are well-versed in the native formats, not just theoretical knowledge.

• Excellent copywriting skills: you can craft a hook, a caption, and a CTA that effectively convert.

• Proficient in analyzing analytics (using native insights or a scheduling tool like Buffer/Hootsuite/Later) and making data-driven decisions.

• Basic proficiency in at least one design/editing tool (Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe).

• Self-motivated — you can take a rough brief and produce a polished, on-brand post independently.
