• Create both short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Formulate content strategies tailored to specific platforms
• Craft engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and narrative content
• Design or collaborate with designers on carousels, graphics, and visual posts
• Uphold a consistent tone of voice and brand identity
• Stay informed on social trends and creatively adapt them
• Optimize content in accordance with each platform’s algorithm
• Respond to comments and direct messages while maintaining brand voice
• Foster engagement with effective calls-to-action
• Build and cultivate online communities
• Establish brand authority and personality
• Identify collaboration, partnership, or growth opportunities
• Plan and execute paid campaigns aligned with client business goals
• Define audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Construct structured conversion funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion)
• Monitor key performance indicators daily (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing (creative, copy, audience, placements)
• Track conversion events, pixels, and attribution
• Analyze campaign and organic performance
• Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director & Design team to enhance content quality
• Work in conjunction with account managers on client strategies
• 3–5+ years of experience in social media management and paid media buying
• Strong skills in content creation and video editing
• Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising platforms
• Solid analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Expertise in A/B testing and optimization
• Ability to forecast budgets and model revenue
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to balance creativity with performance metrics
• Flexibility in work hours and location, focusing on energy management rather than time
