• You will lead the overall strategy formulation and execution for social media, enhancing brand visibility, increasing user engagement, and driving organic customer acquisition.
• You will collaborate closely with the sales and content teams to create impactful, persuasive, and professional Chinese content.
• Develop a social media content calendar based on audience insights and marketing objectives for copywriting and content marketing.
• Conduct content research and draft content briefs and thematic directions that align with brand positioning.
• Create high-impact Chinese copy using storytelling, emotional resonance, and marketing psychology.
• Design eye-catching hooks, titles, CTAs, and platform-specific content frameworks for various platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual content, including short videos, graphics, posters, infographics, blogs, and more.
• Publish at least 5 pieces of content weekly across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Utilize content to attract prospective customers and assist the sales team in acquiring high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that copy effectively addresses user pain points, builds trust, and enhances conversion rates.
• Analyze data and optimize strategies based on performance to improve content effectiveness.
• Respond to comments and direct messages within two working days to maintain active brand engagement.
• Develop and update monthly social media-related SOPs, including content creation, design processes, video editing, and more.
• Track and analyze key metrics across platforms (presented in MoM figures and percentages).
• Submit monthly reports that include: achievements and highlights, challenges faced and solutions, key insights, and future optimization suggestions.
• Report data such as revenue generated from social media, follower growth, organic customer acquisition (both quantity and quality), and engagement metrics (shares, saves, likes, watch time, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in social media and video content production (portfolio required).
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented remote work environment.
• Proactive, self-disciplined, reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and project driving ability.
• Familiar with the algorithm mechanisms and content operation strategies of major social platforms.
• Excellent Chinese writing and communication skills, capable of producing high-quality marketing content.
• Strong persuasive copywriting skills, including hooks, titles, CTAs, scripts, etc.
• Deep understanding of user psychology and the purchasing journey, capable of creating content that drives conversions.
• Possess data analysis and strategic judgment capabilities.
