Social Media and Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the content strategy across various social media platforms.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content, including static graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and reels.

• Edit audio and video materials for distribution on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Create graphics and visual materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools that adhere to professional brand standards.

• Craft captions, scripts, and copy in each client's unique voice, ensuring consistency throughout all published content.

• Develop and manage content calendars that align with client objectives, campaigns, and important dates.

• Track social media engagement and respond promptly to comments, messages, and community interactions in a manner consistent with the brand.

• Cultivate and expand online communities by encouraging discussions, identifying brand advocates, and addressing audience needs.

• Analyze platform analytics to evaluate content performance and provide recommendations to clients.

• Collaborate with clients to obtain feedback, understand preferences, and refine content direction over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video production.

• At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a virtual or remote environment.

• Must be a resident and authorized to work in the United States.

• Proficient in major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

• Strong graphic design abilities using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.

• Experience in audio and video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

• Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools like Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms.
